  1. We're proud to be your online retail destination, serving customers nationwide. When it comes to our courier service, please note that deliveries are made to the specified address rather than to a specific individual. This means that if you're not available to receive your package, it may be left with someone else at the delivery address, such as security personnel, staff members, or receptionists.
  2. To ensure smooth door-to-door delivery, we require a valid street address and correct postal codes for all shipments. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  3. Providing a telephone or mobile number and an email address is mandatory to facilitate communication during delivery hours. This helps us ensure a seamless delivery experience for you.
  4. Please be aware that all goods in transit are not insured.
  5. Your privacy is important to us. Rest assured, all orders are discreetly packaged with no indication of the contents.
  6. For deliveries outside of South Africa, shipping costs will be invoiced to the client based on our courier rates.
  7. Shipping options available to you during checkout are determined by your delivery area code. Keep an eye out for promotional shipping rates, such as free delivery on select products, which we may offer from time to time.
  8. Easybarn.co.za reserves the right to adjust shipping costs as necessary. Any changes will be clearly communicated here.
  9. Shipping costs for Standard Shipping are calculated at checkout. Typically, standard shipping takes approximately 4-7 working days for delivery to main areas. Please note that customized orders may take up to 15 working days before being dispatched.
  10. At this time, Easybarn.co.za does not offer click and collect options.
  11. During peak trading periods or in cases where items in your order are sourced from multiple fulfilment locations, delays in fulfilment may occur. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed of any delays and discuss alternative arrangements with you.

Remember, our returns policy applies to all orders except for purpose-made items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
