Beyond the 7-Day Window: Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 7-day period, so we encourage you to inspect and ensure the product meets your expectations soon after receiving it.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return the product in its original, unmarked packaging, including all accessories, labels, manuals, and documentation that came with it. If you return an unopened item in its original box, we'll provide an exchange or refund, deducting any shipping charges (excluding the initial shipping costs).

Refunds Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you'll receive an email notifying you of its status. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
